• Top dates- Easter, New Year’s Eve, motocross events and concerts are priced individually.

Additional Information

• Children
  0–3 years: Free of charge (no separate bed; baby cot available on request)

  4–10 years: 30% discount on accommodation

• Pets
  Small breed: +6 EUR/day

Breakfast

• Adult: +7.50 EUR
• Child (3–10 years): +5.50 EUR

Discounts

• Long-term stays: Based on an individual offer

• Companies and groups: Special rates available for larger groups, training events, and team-building stays

Booking & Payment

• We reserve the right to require a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount.
• Payment in cash is possible in EUR and CZK.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 10 days before arrival: Free of charge
• Cancellation 9–5 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
• No-show without cancellation: 100% of the total amount will be charged
• If you shorten your stay, the same cancellation terms apply
